Roundtable Meeting

Winemaking Viticulture Roundtable

Winemaking Roundtable:

The Winemaking & Viticulture Roundtable is open to women winemakers, associate/assistant winemakers, enologists, vineyard managers, and viticulturists. Roundtable meetings serve as a unique, confidential forum for women winemaking and viticulture professionals to meet, exchange ideas and network with colleagues. The roundtable meets five times a year, taking a harvest break. Topics focus on those C-suite skills that winemakers need, but for which they often don’t get training. Guest speakers have included wine writers, sommeliers, global sensory consultants, key wine publication editors, media trainers, CFO’s and general managers. This is a dynamic group of very talented women!

Formed in 2016, the HR3 Roundtable is a group of HR professionals that work within the wine industry.  We meet every other month on the third Tuesday of the month.  We have members from the Napa, Sonoma and Central Valleys.  We discuss current changes in employment law, trends within HR and related topics.  Throughout the year, we interact with each other on best practices and seek out the group for input on situations through email.  This is a great group for WWS members in HR, personnel and related roles.
