Join the New Jersey Chapter for a fantastic 6 course dining experience at Mie Thai in North Brunswick. We will be joined by Jordan Ross of Pasternak Wines who will lead us through a tasting of wines from Alsace to accompany each course. Jordan is an oenologist who writes and educates about wine. We are excited to have him for our special night.

 

About Jordan Ross

Jordan earned a degree in Enology at the University of California at Davis . He completed winemaking internships at Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards in Sonoma and Acacia Winery in Napa . He went on to work in various sales and marketing capacities for prominent importers in the New York region. Jordan’s academic experience, his passion for wine, combined with his extensive travels to wine regions throughout Europe and South America, have contributed to a series of articles, which cover the subjects of oak barrels, fining, filtration, wild yeast, the relationship between vineyard yield, wine quality, and related topics. His work, which frequently challenges the conventional wisdom surrounding wine consumption has been published in Wine Spectator, Wines & Vines, Global Vintage Quarterly and Practical Winery & Vineyard, and appears as well on his web site: www.enologyinternational.com. Jordan is currently at Pasternak Wine Imports in Harrison , New York
