Our Wine & Herb event last year with Reggie Daigneault was such a great evennt! It was one of those evenings where many attendees stopped on the way out to let us know they learned SO much AND really enjoyed themselves, too. We promised we would invite her back in 2017, and we are very happy to be able to make that happen for this event. Reggie has spent 30 years in the world of wine. She is certified with the Court of Master Sommeliers, the Wine Scholar Guild, the Diploma Level Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and as a Bordeaux Tutor. She was Program Coordinator and instructor at the NW Wine Academy at South Seattle Community College, where we met her last October. She now works for American NW Import and Distribution, and has her own company, Reggie Wine. She specializes in wine classes, workshops and seminars for groups and private parties, and leads private tours such as her recent Uncork the Northwest of Spain trip. For our event, Reggie will lead us on a sensory evaluation, exploring the four elements of flavor: smell, taste, feeling and seeing, and help us learn to identify and describe what we are experiencing. Using sniffs, sips and bites, she will highlight components in wines, such as acid, sugar and tannins. Both novices and experienced wine lovers will build on their wine tasting skills with this event!

*Please note this is not a dinner event, just bites during the program, so plan accordingly.*

Please note the system charges a $3.00 processing fee for nonmembers to pay by credit card. To RSVP and pay by check, email wwsseattle@yahoo.com to confirm, then mail your check (made out to Seattle Women For WineSense) to Sue Regan at PO Box 1514, Bothell, WA 98041. Your check must be received 3 days after your RSVP is made. After that date, your space will be released. Please contact us with questions about the event, the website or method of payment at 425.882.1621. This event is nonrefundable after October 9th. Any refunds will be paid by check less a $5.00 processing fee.
