Decipher Old & New World Wines by Understanding Labels
Ever look at a wine label and think, " What the...?" Well, we get it! Wine labels can be especially overwhelming. This month we'll tackle complex wine labels and how to figure out what they're trying to tell us.
We'll be looking at - and, of course, tasting - examples of both Old and New World wines, their labels, and differences in t
he winemaking styles of both categories.
The New York Wine & Culinary Center will be serving up a small three course tasting plate to pair with our Old and New World wine selections.
**NOTE:
Food pairings at our events are not meant to be an entire meal.
