We are so very happy to once again feature Reggie Daigneault at a Women For WineSense event! Her background in the wine industry includes certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and the Wine Scholar Guild. She was the Program Coordinator and an instructor at the NW Wine Academy at South Seattle Community College, and she is now with American NW Import and Distribution. Reggie also has her own company, Reggie Wine, specializing in wine classes, workshops, and private wine tours. Our first event with her was in 2016, when she taught us about Pairing Wine and Herbs. Last year’s event was a tutorial on Sensory Evaluation, showing us how to use what we see, feel, smell, and taste to describe and enjoy what we are experiencing in the glass. This year, Reggie will highlight Wine Aromas, helping us learn how to identify, describe and remember what our noses are telling us, all with a goal of leading us to a better understanding and appreciation of wine. This is sure to be a fun, informative, and enlightening evening!
Our event will be at Wine World & Spirits, our first time at their new location in Fremont. Please note this event is at 6:00pm (NOT our usual time of 6:30pm).
Light appetizers and sparkling wine will be served at the beginning of the event.
Price for members is $31.00, nonmembers are $39.00
Please note the system charges a $3.00 processing fee for WWS nonmembers to pay by credit card. To RSVP & pay by check, email wwsseattle@yahoo.com to confirm, then mail your check (made out to Seattle Women For WineSense) to Sue Regan at PO Box 1514, Bothell, WA 98041. Your check must be received 3 days after your RSVP is made. After that date, your space will be released. Any refunds will be paid by check less a $5.00 processing fee.
