What is this?
Many cultures believe that a pre-dinner drink opens up the palate. From the Italian word "cena" meaning dinner, apericena (a-per-a-chain-a) is the ritual of enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine and a bite to eat before dinner. We will be tasting 3 wines (4 oz pours), 2 different flat breads and 3 different charcuterie platters.
