Many claim that Tempranillo and Viognier make the best wines in Texas. Don't let your exploration stop there! Join us on Tuesday, September 15, at 6 pm when Shelly Wilfong will guide our tasting of some lesser-known but truly delicious Texas wines. Shelly is a Dallas-based wine writer and educator, and both Creator and Host of the This is Texas Wine podcast. She holds a Certified Specialist of Wine designation through the Society of Wine Educators as well as the Level 3 Advanced award from WSET, the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. She is also a Specialist of Texas Wine through the Texas Wine School.

We'll provide wine tasting kits with a small pour of the five wines we will taste. The tasting kits need to be picked up at one of three locations. You will pick a location when you register, Colleyville 76034, Dallas 75208 or Plano 75093.

We'd like to get tasting bottles back so they can be used for future events. It helps keep costs down. Bottles can be returned to the wine pick-up location for this event.

For those who live outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and would like to participate, please select the outside Dallas registration option so we can send you the Zoom link. We'll send you the wine list so you can provide your own wine.

Wine pick-up details and the Zoom link will be sent to registered attendees.



Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after Friday morning, September 11, 2020.  Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to “WWS” and sent to WWS c/o Tamara Mattison, 12240 Pecan Forest, Dallas, TX 75230-2495. Payment must be received by the date of the event. 
Do not send checks to the address listed on the website.

Please note if you are a non-member registering for this event and paying with a credit card, you will be charged a small fee for the credit card transaction. This fee will appear as a separate line item on your credit card statement.
