ROC: Pairing Wine with Food – or is it “Food with Wine”? - Session 2

Pairing Wine with Food – or is it “Food with Wine”?

Many of you know the concepts of pairing wines with food. But if you’re anything like me, I’m more like – “I want to drink this wine tonight, what should I make to pair with it” than the other way around.  Do you know how the food pairings affect your perception of the wines? Increasing and decreasing certain components in food can enhance or elevate your wine experience.  Jeanne Fradella will take us through the principles of pairing food with wines – a fun take on the traditional pairing concepts!

A little about our presenter Jeanne Fradella:

Jeanne is a Certified Sommelier and Certified Wine Educator who has her WSET III certification. She is currently employed as a Wine Consultant at Century Liquor and Wine, and has over five years of experience in creating and presenting consumer education classes, including food and wine pairing, and is skilled at helping the consumer pick out just the right wine to meet their needs.  Jeanne is also a former school educator and seasoned professional developer with over eighteen years experience and a thorough comprehension of the adult learner.
