Have you ever walked into a grocery store, stared at that infinite wall of wines and thought "ugh can someone just shine a spotlight on the best one?". Same. 

 We get it. Shopping for value wines can be daunting at worst and intimidating at best. As soon as that price tag creeps under $20 we start second guessing ourselves. We panic and often grab the familiar drab & flab. But there's a whole world incredible wines out there under $20, and we're going to show you how to find them. 

Join us Thursday, March 11th at 6pm PT on Zoom for an evening sharing all the tips & tricks to pick out the best tasting wines for bargain basement prices. Our guest speaker for the evening will be our very own Marketing Director and former LA Chapter President, Chelsea O'Brien.

While you sip your value vino, Chelsea will reveal all the methods she uses for the "grocery store gamble", from breaking down wine labels to sharing most undervalued regions, to explaining how the heck Trader Joe's can sell wine so cheap. Tickets are just $5 for members and $10 for non-members (Zoom link only). For the tasting portion of the evening, Chelsea has curated a list of sixteen delightful wines commonly found in grocery stores around LA (and beyond) -- all under $20. All you have to do is scoop one up on your next trip to Whole Foods, Ralph's, Vons, or Trader Joe's. Buy one. Buy two. Hey, buy all sixteen. The list is yours to use as you wish for this "BYOB" event. We'll be incorporating all of these wines into the presentation, so we recommend picking one that speaks to you!

About our Guest Speaker

Chelsea O'Brien received her certificate in Wine Education and Management from UCLA in 2016, and she hasn't stopped pretending each glass is educational since. In 2017, she co-founded the Los Angeles Chapter of Women for WineSense. She now serves as our National Marketing Director as well as Marketing Director for the LA chapter. 

When she's not sipping wine, Chelsea works as a Creative Director at Omelet, an ad agency based in Culver City.
