Foods for Fortified

Join us at Fox Run Vineyards where winemaker Peter Bell will walk us through two styles of fortified wines: Port and Sherry.

Chef Brud Holland will be creating specific pairings for the six different fortified wines we'll taste.  


Not only will we taste three different ports and sherries, we will also learn about the nuances of the fortified wine making process, and what makes these wines so special.
