This month's Women for WineSense FLX Chapter event will focus on "Wine at America's Table". For this event we will take a look at some great pairings for your Thanksgiving dinner (or just any dinner) that you may not typically think of when choosing wines for Turkey Day. To give our membership a chance to get to know the FLX board members, each of the six pairings will be lead by them.
Menu:
House made potato chip
Cranberry Brie salad
Butternut Squash soup
Turkey Fritter
Season Vegetables
Sweet Potato Mash
Wines will be a collection from New World and Old World regions.
Note: the food provided in this class is for educational sampling and is not intended to be a full meal.
