Ruth’s Chris Sand Lake location will host a night of sparkling and fortified wines that will include sparkling from Domaine Carneros and champagne from Tattinger. And that’s not all, as we will end the evening with wine that most people are not as familiar with, fortified wines. They will be pouring some amazing port from Fonseca, one of the largest Port wine houses in Portugal. If you haven’t tried port before this is truly a great chance to taste it along with some fine sparkling wines. All these featured wines will be enhanced by Ruth’s Chris’s spectacular Seafood Tower and other Ruth’s favorite menu selections.
