The Women of Wine are taking it to the vineyard. At our next event, we’ll not only put Wine on America’s Table, but we’ll be making pigs fly--or at least barbeque. It’s likely to be flying off the forks during the vineyard event hosted at Fortunati Vineyards.
The setting: Fortunati Vineyards is a private estate nestled in the heart of Napa's Oak Knoll District. Owners Ellen and Gary Luchtel have created the ultimate in wine country ambience for WWS members and guests. Enjoy a leisurely Sunday afternoon amongst the vines. (In fact, you'll be parking between some of the vine rows!) Alfresco dining tables will be setup in the vineyard. We'll be pouring Fortunati's delicious Syrah along with wines from Cuvaison and Sivas-Sonoma (a new label by Don Sebastiani & Sons), paired perfectly with Rob Larman's mouth-watering smoked pork, beef and chicken menu. To reserve a seat for you and your guest(s), click on "Register Now." (Be sure you are logged in as a member IF you are a member.) Choose the Primary Registrant (yourself or another member or non-member). Select your Registration Type from the Drop Down menu (for yourself or someone you are adding to your reservation). If you are bringing or paying for a guest, click on Add Companion/Guest or Add Other Members (to add other people to your reservation). When you click on Next, the total amount will be refreshed to reflect your guests inclusion.

Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after August 13, 2011. Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to ‘WWS’ and sent to WWS in c/o Christine Mueller, 453 E. Napa St., Sonoma, CA 94576. Payment must be received by the date of the event. Do not send checks to the address listed on the website.
