Disgorge Your Own Sparkling Wine!
Have you ever wanted to disgorge your own sparkling wine? If so then this event is for you!
Celebrating their 55th vintage this year, Dr. Konstantin Frank has been a leader in producing traditional method sparkling wine since 1985. During our event, Sparkling Winemaker Eric Bauman will talk about the Methode Champenoise techniques and give a tour of the cellars. Each member will have the chance to disgorge their own bottle of Rosé sparkling wine by hand and take that bottle home with them. A cheese platter will accompany us during our adventure.
The cost for the event is $20 per person. Your ticket cost will help to fund our chapter’s 2018 Wine Education Scholarship fund. So please join us and your FLX chapter members for a great event and a great cause.
