N-S Winemaking & Viticulture Roundtable Presents: "GM Leadership Panel"

Women for WineSense’s (WWS) Winemaking and Viticulture Roundtable
Wednesday, May 1, 2024

In person, 3:00 - 5:30 pm Pacific Time
Host Winery: Laird Family Estate (Onsite only, no zoom)

This W&V Roundtable is for Winemaking & Viticulture professional members.

Our next Women for WineSense’s (WWS) Winemaking & Viticulture Roundtable is Wednesday, 5/1/24, 3:00-5:30 p.m.

It's our 8th Annual GM Leadership Panel  - always a hugely popular program filled with actionable info and candid conversation.

The theme is Growing Brands, Teams and Impact.

Our focus will be leadership development to help attendees in their own career development.

Our panel features dynamic, talented leaders that have worked from entry level production and viticulture roles up to GM levels, building noted brands and teams along the way.

Thank you to our expert panel and moderators!

Alison Crowe: Plata Wine Partners, VP Winemaking / Partner
Laura Diaz Munoz: Robert Mondavi, Winemaker

Megan Schofield: Joel Gott Wines, Director of Winemaking
Natalie Winkler: Salvestrin Viticulturist & Winemaker

Mari Wells Coyle:  Chateau St Jean & Sebastiani Vineyards, VP Winemaking (co-moderator, panel alum)
Jennifer Higgins: Lambert Bridge. VP Winemaking / GM (co-moderator, panel alum)

Special thanks to our generous host, long time W&V Roundtable member and panel alum, Janet Myers, Laird Family Estate Winemaker and Production Manager.

Good Karma:

We're a non-profit, so regardless of your member status, please bring a gift bottle or two of good karma wine to thank our very generous hosts / speakers. It's how our non-profit continues to present such excellent programs free to members.  Thank you!

 New to Our Group?

Our W&V Roundtable is a special group filled with talent and invaluable camaraderie. Topics focus on advanced career skills you need but aren't always easy to get in the daily winemaking or viticulture environment. Plus, a great annual party to celebrate our ever-growing fellowship.

We meet 6 times a year, taking a harvest break.

We're updating our list. Please share this with fellow owners / GMs, winemakers and viticultural pros that might want to know.  It's a great opportunity to bring guests (they can attend one RT free prior to deciding to join).

Please let us know if you want off list (

We are all here to help with info and questions. Cheers!
