Holiday Gathering and Wine Exchange

Our holiday gathering and wine exchange is always a favorite. It’s a great time to relax, catch up with friends and to get to know new members, all while enjoying great food and wines from our library.

Please bring a $25.00 bottle of wine, in a bag, to exchange. You'll bring a bottle and go home with a different bottle. We ask that you share why you picked your wine. Your reason might be, it’s this month’s house favorite, it reminds you of a fun time, you flipped a coin, the label is great or the wine shop recommended it.

We're going to allow a bottle to be stolen one, maybe two times. When it's your turn, you can select a new wine, or steal a bottle that was selected by another person.

Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after Friday, December 6, 2019. Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to “WWS” and sent to WWS c/o Tamara Mattison, 12240 Pecan Forest, Dallas, TX 75230-2495. Payment must be received by the date of the event.
Do not send checks to the address listed on the website.

Please note if you are a non-member registering for this event and paying with a credit card, you will be charged a small fee for the credit card transaction. This fee will appear as a separate line item on your credit card statement.
