We're excited to offer a professional development seminar focused on finding MORE TIME in our days! Of course, we will supply the wine, but bring your time management questions and planning conundrums with you as we learn to maximize our time from one of the best, Kristin Brabant Coaching!

“CREATE A SCHEDULE FOR SUCCESS”

As leaders inside and outside of the office, we tend to wear ALL the hats, and our time is precious! This workshop is designed to distinguish your career's WILDLY IMPORTANT work from the busy work, then make your calendar reflect those priorities, so you can save your sanity, and become the best at what you do.

From this workshop you'll get

  1. Understanding of "Deep Work" & why it is the most valuable skill in today's world
  2. Clarity on your "Wildly Important" work & how to create a schedule that supports it
  3. Clarity on the work you need to STOP doing & how you'll actively de-prioritize it
  4. System for accountability, making time for & working towards your wildly important goals
  5. Tips for creating a schedule that promotes focus

Recommended Pre-Work

  1. Track where you REALLY spend your time for 2 days!
Using the attached time-tracker, track how you really spend your time for two days! Write in each block what you actually did. (i.e. "Browsed Instagram," "___ project meeting w/ Jill," "Client Call," "Snack," "Commute," "Workout")
    1. I recommend having it with you all day and briefly updating it every 30 minutes! The more specific you are about the activities, the better equipped you'll be to make pivotal changes to how you manage your time.

*Note on Pre-Work: Everything in you will want to avoid this step. Be prepared, not surprised ;) Calendar the days you'll use it (best on "average" days versus while at a conference, for example), and don't be surprised by your resistance to it. That's normal. The results will be SO helpful to your future success!
