Ever been curious as to how the same wine tastes when it’s paired side by side with different foods? Join us Thursday July 14th for some refreshing rosé wine and tasteful small bites expertly prepared by Chef Betty Fraser of Hollywood’s Hidden House.
Come enjoy a beautiful summer evening in the heart of Hollywood! This catered event will comprise of four California rosés and eight upscale and elegant bites. Each rosé will be accompanied by two distinct dishes, where the different textures and flavor profiles of the food will be explored and analyzed against the wine in our glasses. How does the same wine behave when tasted along with sweet or savory items? What elements of the wine shine when sampled along lighter or richer fare?
This sensory exercise will help us feel the evolution of wine on our tastebuds and lead us on a path to better understanding of food and wine pairing.
