Dallas: Hidden Gems - The Sacramento Wine Region

Hidden Gems: Sierra Foothills and Central Valley

Join us May 14 as we explore the California wine regions of the Sierra Foothills and Central Valley.

These wine regions - easily accessed from Sacramento - got their start with the gold rush in the late 1840s, survived prohibition and make high quality wines. Zinfandel is king. Tempranillo, Barbera, Viognier, Roussanne, among others also do very well in this area. It’s also the home of UC Davis, a world leader in viticulture and enology research and studies.

The Central Valley is the main farming region in California and provides great ingredients for the farm to fork culture in the region.

Seating is limited so don’t delay.
